Winter dawn
The wind froze into silence
among the sleepy walls,
and icicle-light dribbles
down slowly on the stones.
The night parts from the city
hard, like a chilly blink.
Today, the winter composed
a dawn to us in ink.
Téli hajnal
A házfalak között
csönddé dermedt a szél.
És jégcsapfény csorog,
kopogva földet ér.
Keményen válik el
a várostól az éj.
Ma tussal komponált
hajnalt nekünk a tél.
