Feeling safe

If I’m only a shade,
and just begin to fade,
Without a word you set
the Sun behind my back.

 If I’m a quiet song,
lost in the noisy throng,
you hug me and the sounds
fall silent all around.

 And if I wander scared,
you come and take my hand,
I know I’m not alone...
You always lead me home.


















Biztonságban

 Csak árnyék vagyok. Te vagy
Hátam mögött a fény.
Egy halkan dúdolt dallam
A csönd kék tengerén.

Ha megrettenve állok,
Felém nyújtod kezed,
S az úttalan világon
Lassan továbbvezetsz.

      Thank you! The Hungarian version is a little different... but the essence is the same... and, maybe, the rhythm is similar too... :-)
